人参三醇组甙对雄性大鼠免疫器官的辐射防护作用
摘    要:Wistar雄性大鼠接受5Gy单次X射线全身照射前24h至照后14天,每天腹腔注射人参三醇组甙,观察其外周血白细胞的动态变化及免疫器官重量和细胞数的变化。结果表明:人参三醇组甙可显著增加受照大鼠外周血白细胞数,减轻受照大鼠胸腺和脾脏重量的降低,明显增加其胸腺细胞和脾细胞数;同时,还可提高正常大鼠外周血白细胞数及胸腺和脾脏细胞数。揭示:人参三醇组甙不仅对辐射所致的免疫器官损伤有保护作用,也可增强机体的防御能力。

Abstract:The radioprotective effect of panaxatriol on immune organs was studied. Themale rats were given ip panaxatriol 5 mg/d 24 h before and after whole-body irradiation with 5Gy X-ray for 14 days.It was found that significant increase in the number of WBC, thymocyteand splenocyte and the decrease in thymic and splenic weight following irradiation was also abatedby panaxatriol.Meanwhile, there was also a tendency of increase in the number of peripheralWBC,thymocyte and splenocyte in the panaxatriol group.These results suggest that panaxatriolhas not only a radioprotective effect on immune organs in the irradiated body,but also an en-hancing effect on the defence functions in the normal body.
