针灸治疗肥胖病并发高血压116例临床观察

目的:观察针灸治疗肥胖病并发高血压的疗效.方法:将116例肥胖病并发高血压患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治.观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、血压的变化.结果:针灸1疗程(1月)患者总有效率为63.79%,2疗程总有效率为78.45%,3疗程总有效率为90.52%.结论:针灸对肥胖并发高血压同时有减肥和降压的双重作用.针灸对肥胖并发高血压具有良好的疗效,而痰湿壅盛、肝火亢盛和阴虚阳亢3型显著优于阴阳两虚型.

Clinical observation of acupuncture treatment on 116 cases obesity disease complicated with hypertension

To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on obesity disease complicated with hypertension.Method Based on TCM syndrome differentiation,116 cases of obesity disease complicated with hypertension were treated by combination of body acupuncture and auricular acupuncture.Symptoms,physical sings,obesity indexes,blood pressure in the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of 1,2,3 therapeutic courses was 63.79%,78.45% and 90.52% repectively.Conclusion Acupuncture has both weight-reducing and reducible blood pressure effects for obesity disease Complicated with hypertension.It indicated that Acupuncture therapy is an effective method for obesity disease complicated with hypertension,but there were a very significant difference in the cured between the four differentiation of typed ( P <0.05),the overabundance of phlegm-wetness,sthenia of liver-fire and deficiency of Yin leads to hyperactivity of Yang all being superior to the deficiency of both Yin and Yan.
