腺样体切除术对儿童免疫功能的影响分析

目的探讨腺样体切除术对儿童免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院于2011年12月至2012年1月收治的27例腺样体肥大患儿,将其设置为治疗组,选取同期来我院进行体检的25例正常儿童作为对照组,检测两组患儿的血清lgM、lgG、lgA水平。结果治疗组患者小于等于6岁的患儿的血清lgG、lgA水平与对照组相比较高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);有合并症的患儿的血清lgG、lgA水平与对照组相比较高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);大于6岁的患儿血清指标检测与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);而单纯性肥大的患儿血清指标检测与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。腺样体患儿手术后的临床症状与手术前相比明显得到改善,术后阳性症状的患儿例数与手术前相比明显减少,对比P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论小于等于6岁的,且为单纯性腺体肥大的儿童患者应尽量避免腺样体切除,而对于大于6岁的儿童患者其手术适应症可放宽条件。

Adenoidectomy for children immune function influence analysis

Objective To discuss adenoidectomy in childhood influence on immune function.Methods In our hospital in 2011 December to 2012 January,27 cases of adenoid hypertrophy in children,it is set for the treatment group,select the same came to our hospital for medical examination in 25 cases of normal children as a control group,two groups of the detection of serum lgM,lgG,lgA levels.Results The treatment group patients younger than 6 years old children with serum lgG,lgA levels compared with the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);have comorbidities in patients with serum lgG,lgA levels compared with the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);more than 6 years old patients serum markers and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);and the simple hypertrophy in children with blood serum markers and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Adenoidectomy in children clinical symptom after operation than before operation and improved postoperative positive symptoms in children patients with operation before the number decreased significantly compared with contrast,P<0.01,with statistical significance.Conclusion Is less than or equal to 6 years old,and for the simple glandular hypertrophy in children patients should avoid adenoidectomy,and for children over 6 years old patients the operation indications and relaxation conditions.
