经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症

目的探讨经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗高龄、高危良性前列腺增生患者的安全性及疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年3月～2011年9月采用等离子前列腺剜除术治疗31例高龄、高危良性前列腺增生患者临床资料。结果本组31例患者手术顺利。术后随访3个月，前列腺症状IPSS评分由（26．0±2．7）分下降至（13．0±2．6）分，最大尿流率（MFR）由（5．9±1．5）mL／s升至（14．6±1．8）mL／s，膀胱剩余尿（RUV）由（98．2±9．5）mL降至（18．3±2．2）mL，生活质量（QOL）评分由（5．0±0．7）分降至（2．2±0．5）分？与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论等离子前列腺剜除术具有出血少及安全性高优点。尤其适合于高龄、高危前列腺增生患者。

Transurethral plasmakenitic benign prostatic hyperplasia in the treatment of senior and high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the safety and therapeutic effect of enucleation of prostate in the treatment of senior and high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods The information of 31 cases of senior and high risk BPH treat ed with plasmakenitic enucleation of prostate between Mar. 2008 to Sept. 2011, were analysed retrospectively. Results All of the procedures were successful. The IPSS decreased from （26.0±2.7） to （13.0±2.6） , the peak urine flow increased from （5.9±1.5） mL/s to （14.6±1.8） mL/s, the RUV decreased from （98.2±9.5） mL to （18.3±2.2） mL, the QOL decreased from （5.0±0.7） to （2.2±0.5）, there were significant differences after 3 months as compared with preoperation （P 〈 0.01）. Conclu sion Transurethral plasmakenitic enucleation of prostate can be particularly applied to senior and high risk BPH with less bleeding and more safety.
