| 摘 要： | 目的推广和应用在肾综合征出血热(HFRS)高发区实施以疫苗接种为主的新防控对策成果,为指导我区HFRS的防控,制定预防策略提供科学依据。方法在呼伦贝尔市已完成HFRS疫苗突击接种的四个旗,分别对每年新进入高危年龄的人群(发病率100/10万的乡镇,10岁人群;发病率高于50/10万低于100/10万的乡镇16岁人群)和(发病率高于10/10万低于50/10万的乡镇,20~59岁男性人群),实施杭州天元公司出品的双价HFRS疫苗接种,免疫接种率在80%以上。结果通过3年(2005~2007年)项目实施,重点地区HFRS发病率和死亡率分较接种前下降40.41%和76.47%。结论在HFRS高发地区实施大人群突击性免疫接种后,每年只免疫新进入高危年龄段的人群,可以巩固突击免疫的成果,使发病持续下降。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate and confirm the affectivity and feasibility of the Control countermeasure using vaccination in high EFRS epidemic areas. Methods EFRS vaccine of type I produced by TianYuan biological product company was vaccinated in people aged 10 - 59 years in high epidemic areas and people aged 16 - 59 years in middle epidemic areas in 2 countries of Hulunber prefecture with a more than 80 percent vaccination rate. Results Morbidity and morality declined by 40. 41% and 76.47% respectively after a 3 year - project （ 2005 - 2007） was implemented compared with pre - vaccination. Conclusion It is effective and feasible that the preventive and control strategy using vaccination in large areas, and have great social benefit and economic effectiveness. |
