| 摘 要： | 目的观察嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞(ATCC7953)生物指示剂的灭菌效果。方法依据GB15981-1995的评价方法与标准,采用嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞和化学指示卡来监测高压蒸汽灭菌。结果纸袋内包装菌片的监测效果明显;与化学指示卡的监测结果符合情况良好。结论嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞(ATCC7953)生物指示剂是较理想的、科学的、实用的一种压力蒸汽灭菌效果监测的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the Bacillus stearothermophilus （ATCC7953） bioindicator. Methods According to the GB15981 - 1995, to control the high - pressure steam sterilization by the Bacillus stearothcrmophilus bioindicators and Chemical Indicator Cards. Results Bioindicator packed by a paper bag has a better contrel effection than packed by other materials. It is the high conformity result of contrasting bioindicator with chemical indicator cards on the high pressure steam sterilization. Conclusion Bacillus stearethcrmophilus （ ATCC7953 ） bioindicator is an ideal 、 scientific and pracctical method for effective control of the high pressure steam sterilization. |
