济宁市医疗卫生机构实验室生物安全状况调查

目的了解济宁市医疗卫生机构实验室生物安全现状,为进一步加强和规范辖区医疗卫生机构实验室生物安全管理工作提供依据。方法设计《济宁市医疗卫生机构实验室生物安全调查表》,于2009年6月对辖区35家医疗卫生机构进行问卷调查,数据核查无误后进行统计学处理分析。结果有效问卷回收率100%。各医疗卫生机构均有主管领导负责实验室安全管理;91.4%实验室制定实验室生物安全、实验室消毒及医疗、检验废弃物处理等管理制度;82.9%的单位能做到实验区与办公区分开;80%以上的实验室配备有Ⅱ级生物安全柜、高压蒸汽灭菌器等实验设施;50.0%的实验室操作人员经过培训考核获得上岗证;91.4%的实验室制定了应急操作规范;85.7%的实验室建立了意外事故处理程序;20.0%的实验室贴有生物危害警告标志。结论调查结果显示辖区各级医疗卫生机构在实验室生物安全管理、制度建设、工作人员安全技术培训、安全防护设施设备配备方面,存在不同差距,有待今后进一步完善和加强管理。

Investigation on Biological Safety of Laboratory for Medical and Public Health Departments in Jining City

Objective To undersdand the biological safety of laboratory for medical and public health departments in JiNing City. To provide a basis to strength and standardize the biological safety management. Methods A table for investigating on biological safety of laboratory for medical and public health departments in JiNing City was designed. 35 medical and public health departments were investigated in June 2009 and then the date was analysised statistically. Results All medical and public health departments had executive charge of biological safety of laboratory In 100% effective tables. 91.4% had the system of biological safety, disinfection medical wastes management of laboratory. 82.9% seperated the office area and the experimental plot and more than 80 percent had been equiped Class II BSC and pressure sterilizer. The pencents of having qualification card, emergency regulation, accident processing program and the warning for biological safety were 50% , 9 1. 4% , 85.7% and 20.0% separately. Conclusion The results showed that there were differences in biological safety management, institutions, safety training and precautions inordinately in medical and public health departments in Jining City. Effective measures should be taken to advance and strengthen the management.
