X线低张气钡双重造影诊断食道癌的价值探讨

目的探讨X线低张气钡双重造影诊断食道癌的价值。方法45例均行X线低张气钡双重造影检查及胃镜检查，全部经过手术和，或病理证实。结果X线低张气钡双重造影检查判断有无食道癌符合率为9313％，胃镜为97．7％；X线低张气钡双重造影判断癌变部位的符合率为97．7％，胃镜为95．5％；判断癌变部位长度，X线低张气钡双重造影符合率为95．5％，胃镜为87．7％，但胃镜难以判断梗阻长度。结论X线低张气钡双重造影更适合于诊断食道癌的癌变部位的长度，定性以及易操作性上均优于胃镜检查，是检查食道癌的首选。

Objective： To discuss the diagnostic value of X-ray low tension double-contrast of air barium examination in carcinoma of esophageal. Methods： 45 cases were examined in X-ray low tension double-contrast of air barium examination and gastroscopy, all after surgery and / or pathology. Results： X-ray low tension double-contrast of air barium examination to determine whether the cancer rate was in line with 93.3 percent,97.7 percent for gastroscopy; X-ray low tension double-contrast of air barium examination to determine the site of cancer rate was in line with 97.7 percent, 95.Spercent for gastroscopy; X-ray low tension double-contrast of air barium examination to determine part length of the cancer rate was in line with 95.5 percent, 87.7 percent for gastroscopy, gastroscopy is difficult to judge the length of obstruction. Conclusion： X-ray low tension double-contrast of air barium examination is more suitable for diagnosis of esophageal cancer of the length of the site, as well as easy operation are better than on gastroscopy ,is the frist choice for esophageal cancer.
