幼托机构空气消毒对预防疾病的效果观察

目的比较空气消毒对预防疾病的效果。方法选取6所幼儿园,每所幼儿园选4个班级,其中1个作空白对照,其余3个分别采用不同方法进行消毒。观察不同消毒方法在消毒前和消毒后五个时间段的消毒效果。从中筛选一种方法,在试验组每天一次全园教室消毒,同时设对照组,观察2组发病率。结果随着人员活动增加,活动时间的延长,对照组空气中细菌菌落总数逐渐上升,11:30分达到高峰,3个实验组细菌菌落总数虽都有一定的上升,但得到有效抑制。实验组采用每天1次消毒后,连续观察8个月总发病率两组之间有显著性差异(x2:5.18,P<0.05);按月统计2-5月份每月的发病率两组之间有显著性差异。结论冬春季每天进行一次空气喷雾消毒,可以起到理想的消毒效果,降低发病率。

Preschools Air Disinfection Effect of Disease Prevention

Objective To compare with the effects of air disinfection for-the prevention of disease. Methods Choose six kindergarten and four classes in each kindergarten. Mark one for a blank and use three different methods of disinfection to other three ones. Observe the effects of different disinfection methods before the period of disinfection and five hours later. Choose one method therefrom and disinfect all the classrooms once a day in the experimental group. At the same time set the control group to observe the disease rate of two groups. Results With the increase of personnel activities and the extend of activity time, the total number of Bacterial colony in the control groups air gradually increased and peaked at 11 ： 30. Although the total number of bacterial colonies have a certain degree of increase in 3 experimental groups,, hut was effectively inhibited. When experimental groups are disinfected once a day , there is a significantly difference of the total disease rate between two groups under the period of continuous observation for 8 months （x^2 ： 5.18, P 〈 0. 05） ; Monthly counting , there is a a significantly difference of the disease rate between two groups from February to May. Conclusion It makes a perfect disinfect effect to reduce the disease rate by means of doing a air disinfection once a day from winter to spring
