子宫良性疾病经腹小横切口手术方法的改进

目的：探讨经腹小切口子宫手术的优点。方法：对本院因子宫良性疾病需手术治疗的150例行下腹小横切口手术，并对手术方法及步骤进行改良，与同期子宫良性疾病需手术治疗的50例腹部正中纵切口进行比较及术后随访。结果：研究组与对照组比较，手术时间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；术中总出血量两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；术后排气时间、切口愈合及术后腹壁瘢痕形成等方面两组比较有极显著性差异（P＜0．001）。结论：研究组术中出血少，术后排气快，术后病率低，切口愈合好，瘢痕形成小，无网膜及肠管粘连，病人痛苦小。

IMPROVED OPERATIVE PROCEDURE OF SMALL ABDOMINAL TRANSVERSE INCISION FOR BENIGN DISEASES OF UTERUS

Objective:To investigate the advantages of small abdominal transverse incision in operation for benign diseases of uterus.Methods:One hundred and fifty patients with benign diseases of uterus were operated on by using small abdominal transverse incision with modification,and compared with 50 patients by using abdominal longitudinal median incision.Results:There was no difference in operative duration between the two groups,but significant difference was there in intraoperative amount of bleeding,postoperative exsufflation,scar formation and incision healing.Conclusion:Our results showed that small abdominal transverse incision was a good method for benign disease of uterus,with short operative duration,low postoperative morbidity,good incision healing,and so on.
