密骨胶囊联合椎体成形术治疗绝经后骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折 |

摘 要: | 目的 :测定密骨胶囊结合椎体成形术治疗绝经后骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折相关观察指标,并评价其临床疗效。方法:90例确诊患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,均先采用椎体成形术进行复位,术后采用相同的基础治疗,对照组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,观察组口服密骨胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗后椎体的骨密度(BMD)以及血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平,比较两组总体治疗效果。结果 :对照组和观察组患者的骨密度较给药前均显著升高(P0.05),两组患者血清中BGP及ALP水平较给药前均显著降低(P0.05);且给药后观察组患者的骨密度明显高于对照组(P0.05),观察组患者血清中BGP及ALP水平均明显低于对照组(P0.05);对照组总有效率84.4%,观察组总有效率100%,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 :密骨胶囊可以逆转高转换型骨质疏松症的骨形成代偿性加快,使骨代谢恢复正常,进而提高骨密度,促进骨折愈合,改善绝经后骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床症状。

Abstract: | Objective:To determine the related indexes of patients with postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture treated by Migu capsule and vetebroplasty and evaluate the clinical curative effect of this theraputic method. Methods:A total of 90 cases of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group. Both the two groups received vertebroplasty and same basical treatment. The control group was treated with Xianlinggubao capsule and the observation group was treated with Migu capsule. The bone mineral density(BMD) of vertebral body and levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and bone gla protein(BGP) in serum of the two groups after treatment were compared. And the curative effects of the two groups were also compared. Results:After drug administration,the BMD levels of the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before drug administration(P <0.05). The BGP and ALP levels in the serum of patients of the two groups were significantly lower than those before drug administration(P<0.05). After drug administration,the BMD level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) and the BGP and ALP levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 84.4% and the observation group was 100%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Migu capsule can reverse bone formation and compensatory acceleration of bone metabolism of high turnover type osteoporosis,make the bone metablism return to normal,increase the BMD,promote fracture healing and improve the clinical symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. |
