痔浴净坐浴熏洗治疗湿热下注型痔术后临床疗效观察

目的 :观察痔浴净坐浴熏洗对湿热下注型混合痔术后疼痛、水肿及愈合时间的影响。方法 :将60例痔术后患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,治疗组术后每日清晨予以痔浴净坐浴熏洗,对照组术后每日清晨予以温开水坐浴熏洗。结果:患者术后第3、7天痔浴净坐浴熏洗可显著缓解术后疼痛及创面水肿,治疗组愈合时间(23.40±1.90)d,较对照组(27.83±3.46)d明显缩短(P0.05)。结论:痔浴净坐浴熏洗可缓解痔术后疼痛、减轻水肿及缩短愈合时间。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Zhiyujing Hip Bath and Fumigation for Postoperative Hemorrhoids of Downward Flow of Damp Heat Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids on pain,swelling,and healing time. Methods:There were 60 postoperative hemorrhoids patients randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. In the treatment group,patients were treated with Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation in the morning,while in the control group,patients were treated with hot water hip bath and fumigation. Results:On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation showed obvious effect on relieving postoperative pain and wound swelling,reduce the healing time,which should be promoted in clinic. Conclusion:After operation,Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation can relieve postoperative pain and wound swelling,reduce the healing time.
