扫散法合点揉法治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压伴失眠疗效分析

目的 :探讨扫散法结合穴位点揉法对阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压伴失眠的疗效。方法 :符合纳入标准的患者70例,按数字随机抽取法分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组常规服用降压药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加头部胆经扫散法结合穴位点揉法,比较两组治疗后血压、生活质量、睡眠质量和中医证候的改变。结果:两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、健康生活调查简表(SF-36)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、中医证候积分较治疗前均改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组收缩压、舒张压、SF-36、PSQI、中医证候积分改善程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。血压疗效对照组显效14例,有效21例,治疗组显效25例,有效10例;中医证候疗效对照组显效13例,有效20例,无效2例,治疗组显效24例,有效11例,两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:扫散法和点揉法可有效治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压伴失眠患者,显著改善其中医证候、睡眠质量和生活质量,能较好地控制血压。

Effects of Sweeping Method Combined with Point Kneading Method on Treatment of Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess Type Essential Hypertension with Insomnia

Objective:To discuss the effects of sweeping method combined with point kneading method on treating Yin deficiency and Yang excess type essential hypertension with insomnia. Methods:Total 70 patients met the inclusion criteria were collected. According to digital random method,patients were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional antihypertensive drug treatment. The treatment group was treated with head gallbladder sweeping method combined with point kneading method on the basis of conventional therapy. The change of the blood pressure,quality of life,sleep quality and TCM syndrome were compared after treatment. Results:After treatment,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,SF-36,PSQI,TCM syndrome integral were improved in two groups(P< 0.05). The effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). The blood pressure effect in control group,14 cases were excellent,21 cases were effective. The blood pressure effect in the treatment group,25 cases were excellent,10 cases were effective.TCM syndrome effect in the control group,13 cases were excellent,20 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid. TCM syndrome effect in the treatment group,24 cases were excellent,11 cases were effective. Cura tive effect of the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Sweeping method combined with point kneading method has effects on Yin deficiency and Yang excess type essential hypertension with insomnia,it can improve the TCM syndrome,the sleep quality and quality of life,and control blood pressure better.
