朱震亨及其针灸学术成就探析

朱震亨是金元四大医家之一,"滋阴派"代表人物,祖籍山东,西晋时迁入浙江。其在针灸方面的学术观点主要有针刺、刺血有补泻双重作用;实热证、虚热证均可灸,实热证灸之可泄引热下,虚热证灸之可补阳生阴;提出的"十二经见证""合生见证"是对经络病候学与经络诊断学的补充和完善,对临床各科诊断和治疗都有重要的指导作用。

ZHU Zhenheng and His Academic Achievements in Acupuncture and Moxibustion

ZHU Zhenheng is one of the four great medical experts,the representative of "Nourishing Yin School",his ancestral home in Shandong and moved to Zhejiang in Xi Jin dynasty. His academic achievements in acupuncture and moxibustion mainly included:acupuncture and pricking blood have dual functions of reinforcing and reducing,excessive heat syndrome,deficient heat syndrome could be treated with moxibustion,excessive heat syndrome could be treated with moxibustion to reduce heat,deficient heat syndrome could be treated with moxibustion to reinforce Yang and generate Yin. "Twelve meridian syndrome" and"coexist syndrome" could supplement the symptomology and diagnostics of meridians to guide the diagnosis and treatment of clinical subjects.
