中医临床路径指导治疗泌尿系结石临床观察与分析

目的 :评价泌尿系结石中医临床路径的实施效果。方法 :选择2013年1月~2015年9月在广东省第二中医院外科住院且符合纳入标准并接受临床路径指导治疗的泌尿系结石患者,其中中医临床路径组50例,均根据中医临床路径治疗,西医临床路径组50例接受常规治疗。采用回顾性队列的研究方法,对其缩短患者住院时间、减少住院费用、改善愈后等方面进行比较研究。结果:在缩短患者住院时间、减少住院费用、改善愈后方面,西医临床路径组与中医临床路径组之间存在显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:对泌尿系结石患者实施中医临床路径指导治疗,可以提高临床治愈率,减少西药费用,缩短住院时间,减少住院总费用。

Clinical Observation and Analysis on Urinary Calculi Guided by Clinical Pathway of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the effects of urinary calculi guided by clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:The patients with urinary calculi who hospitalized in Guangdong NO.2 TCM hospital were enrolled prospectively in clinical pathway groups of TCM or western medicine from January2013 to September 2015. Total 50 patients in clinical pathway of TCM received the special TCM treatment,and 50 patients in clinical pathway of western medicine received western medicine treatment.Retrospective cohort study was used in the study and the statistical software is SPSS 19.0. Results:There were statistical significance in total hospitalization expenses,medicine fees,the average length of stay in hospital and antibiotic fees between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Treatment of urinary calculi guided by clinical pathway of TCM can ensure the therapeutic effects,increase cure rate,also shorten the average length of stay and reduce medical cost.
