| 滞针法配合运动针刺经筋结点治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察头部运动区滞针法配合运动针刺经筋结点治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组60例,采用头部运动区滞针法配合运动针刺经筋结点针刺法;对照组60例,采用常规针刺法。观察两组患者治疗前后肢体痉挛程度,分别使用改良Ashworth痉挛量表进行评分。结果:治疗组总有效率81.67%,对照组总有效率61.67%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:头部运动区滞针法配合运动针刺经筋结点能有效改善中风后痉挛状态,减少致残率,提高患者生活质量。

An Clinical Observation on Spastic Paralysis after Stroke Treated with Needle Retaining in the Cephalic Motor Region in Combination with Moving Needing on Meridian Sinew Nodes |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effect of spastic paralysis after stroke treated with needle retaining in the cephalic motor region in combination with moving needing on meridian sinew nodes. Methods:In the treatment group(60 cases),patients were given needle retaining in the cephalic motor region in combination with moving needing on meridian sinew nodes,while in the control group(60 cases) patients were given routine acupuncture. Changes of limb spasm before and after treatment were observed and evaluated with modified Ashworth spasm scale. Result:In the treatment group,the total efficacy was 81.67%,and in the control group,the total efficacy was 61.67%,with significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that total efficiency of needle retaining in the cephalic motor region in combination with moving needing on meridian sinew nodes was better than that of routine acupuncture. Conclusions:Needle retaining in the cephalic motor region in combination with moving needing on meridian sinew nodes could effectively relieve post-stroke spasticity,reduce the rate of disability,and improve life quality of the patient. |
