阴阳水火气血论之血证转化规律

通过分析整理《血证论》中阴阳水火气血论思想,总结阴阳水火气血间的转化规律。从血证生理、病理、治疗上归纳认为水是气的物质基础,赖"天阳"与"肾阳"之"少火"化生为气,水阴是血的物质基础,赖心火化生成血,阴阳水火气血循其规律转化,相互制约,相互影响,治疗上要求循其运行轨迹调治,使气血水火相济相生,得行其道。血证转化规律从中医角度正确阐释人体阴阳水火气血转化的特点,能深化对中医血证之理解,更明确地指导血证临床。

Transformation Rules of Blood Syndrome in Yin-Yang,Water and Fire,Qi and Blood Theory

The transformation rules of Yin-Yang,water and fire,Qi and blood were summarized by analyzing the theory of Yin-Yang,water and fire,Qi and blood in Treatise on Blood Patterns. Water was the material basis of Qi,depending on Shaohuo of natural Yang and kidney Yang from the aspect of the physiology,pathology and treatment of blood syndrome. Water Yin was the material basis of the blood,depending on heart fire. Yin-Yang,water and fire,Qi and blood transformed,restricted and affected each other,so the treatment should conform to transformation rules of Yin-Yang,water and fire,Qi and blood so as to benefit the circulation of Yin-Yang,water and fire,Qi and blood. The transformation rules of blood syndrome explained the characteristics of Yin-Yang,water and fire,Qi and blood,deepened the understanding of TCM to guide clinical treatment.
