苦参汤加减治疗急性肛裂疗效观察

目的 :观察苦参汤加减治疗急性肛裂的临床疗效。方法 :急性肛裂患者60例按密封信件法随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组采取苦参汤加减温水坐浴,对照组采取复方黄柏液兑温水后坐浴,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在疼痛评分、便血评分、裂口愈合时间、随访1年的复发率方面优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:苦参汤加减温水坐浴治疗急性肛裂临床疗效好,具有清热解毒、燥湿止痛、凉血止血生肌、促进裂口愈合、减少裂口感染的作用,是一种简便、有效的治疗方法。

Clinical Observation of Kushen Decoction in Treating Acute Anal Fissure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kushen decoction on acute anal fissure. Methods:Total60 patients with acute anal fissure were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Kushen decoction with warm water was applied in hip bath by adding or subtracting for the treatment group while compound Huangbai solution with warm water was applied in hip bath for the control group to compare the clinical effects between the two groups. Results:The disease course,pain score,hemafecia score,healing time,one year follow-up recurrence rate of the treatment group were improved compared with those of the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Kushen decoction with warm water in hip bath by adding or subtracting had good clinical effects of clearing away toxic heat,drying dampness,relieving pain,cooling blood,stop bleeding,promote healing and reducing infection which was a convenient and effective method in the treatment of acute anal fissure.
