| 摘 要： | 阐述近视发病的病因病机,提出青少年视力低下"肾阳亏虚、经气失达、神光拘敛"的病机理论,创建"温肾益精,宣导经气,发越神光"的辨治原则,揭示肾阳、经气在青少年视力低下眼病中的枢要作用,提出了"温肾益精,宣导经气,发越神光"辨治方法。

| Abstract: | The cause and mechanism of myopia were discussed in this paper. The mechanism of myopia in the children and the youth is that kidney Yang deficiency and blockage of channel Qi lead to unsmooth radiation of spirit light,and therefore the treatment should be warming kidney and tonifying essence,unblocking the channel Qi,and promoting radiation of spirit light. Kidney Yang and channel Qi play an important role in the myopia in the children and the youth. |
