理学对朱震亨医学生涯的影响

兴起于北宋时期的理学对中国文化发展史有着深远的影响,也影响着中医学的发展。元代著名医家朱震亨曾拜朱熹四传弟子许谦为师而习理学,后又在许谦建议之下刻苦习医。在先生的医学生涯中理学对他的影响是不可忽视的,他援理入医,以理学的治学态度研习医经、质疑时弊,用理学的哲学观点阐述医理,并建立了自己的学说。其著名学说"阳有余,阴不足论"与"相火论",便是在前辈医家的理论基础上,又参考引用了周敦颐、朱熹二家的理学精髓,并进行了自己的创造发挥。在当时的历史条件下,理学思想对中医学的发展起到了一定的积极促进作用。从朱震亨与理学的渊源、理学对朱震亨治学方法及医学思想的影响三方面入手,探讨理学对其医学生涯的影响。

Influence of Neo-Confucianism on ZHU Zhenheng's Medical Career

Neo-Confucianism originated in the Northern Song dynasty which influenced not only the development of Chinese culture but also the development of traditional Chinese medicine. ZHU Zhenheng,a famous medical scientist in the Yuan dynasty,studied not only the Neo-Confucianism with XU Qian,but also Chinese medicine with LUO Zhiti. ZHU Zhenheng applied Neo-Confucianism into Chinese medicine and developed his own theories of "Yang in excess while Yin in deficiency" and "Ministerial Fire". This paper focused on the origin of ZHU Zhenheng's theory from Neo-Confucianism,the influence of Neo-Confucianism on study method and medical thinking to study the influence of Neo-Confucianism on ZHU Zhenheng's medical career.
