中西医结合治疗心胆气虚型焦虑症临床观察

目的 :观察安神定志方联合丁螺环酮治疗心胆气虚型焦虑症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 :将符合诊断标准的焦虑症患者50例,随机分为治疗组(安神定志方联合丁螺环酮)和对照组(丁螺环酮),疗程均为6周。采用临床疗效总评量表及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行治疗前后评定。结果:总有效率治疗组96.0%,对照组92.0%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),显效率和痊愈率治疗组分别为28%、52%,对照组分别为4%、24%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗前后HAMA评分差异有统计学意义(P0.01),两组治疗后HAMA评分比较有统计学意义(P0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组用药后3次不同时间TESS得分均显著减少(P0.01)。结论:安神定志方联合丁螺环酮治疗心胆气虚型焦虑症疗效好,不良反应较轻,患者依从性好。

Clinical Observation of Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Anxiety Disorder with Qi-deficiency of Heart and Gallbladder Type

Objective:To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Anshen Dingzhi formula combined with buspirone in treating anxiety disorder with Qi-deficiency of heart and gallbladder type. Methods:Total50 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Anshen Dingzhi formula combined with buspirone,and control group treated with buspirone. Six weeks was a course. The effects were detected by clinical global impression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and adverse symptom scale(TESS) before treatment and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.0%,the control group was 92.0%,there was no statistical difference(P> 0.05). But the effective rate and cure rate of treatment group were 28%,52%,those in the control group were 4%,24%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). HAMA scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P< 0.01). There was significant difference(P< 0.01) between treatment group and control group on HAMA scores after treatment. Compared with the control group,three scores of TESS in the treatment group were significantly reduced at different times(P< 0.01). Conclusion:Anshen Dingzhi formula combined with buspirone can cure anxiety effectively,with less adverse reactions,the patients compliance is good.
