从气血论崩漏病因证治

崩漏为妇科"血证"的常见病、多发病,其病因病机多责之虚、热、瘀。气血亏虚,则统摄无力,冲任不固;甚则气虚下陷,血随气下;火扰血海,或破血妄行,或热灼伤脉络,致使冲任不固,发为崩漏;瘀血阻滞冲任胞宫,血不归经,发为崩漏,故其病因多责之气虚、血热、出血致瘀。治疗上应时时不忘调气止血,固护冲任,气虚者补之,气陷者升之,血热者清之,血瘀者化之,以迅速止血为目的;血止后,可通过益气健脾、补养肝肾等法,来充养气血,以期达到血旺经调的目的。

Discussion of Etiology,Syndrome and Treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis from Qi and Blood

Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis are common and frequently-occurring disease in blood syndrome of gynecology,whose etiology and pathogenesis are always attributed to deficiency,heat and blood stasis. The deficiency of both Qi and blood leads to inability of controlling and insecurity of the thoroughfare and conception vessels,which furthermore leads to Qi collapse and results in bleeding. Fire harasses Xuehai,or causes frenetic movement of blood,or burns veins and collaterals,all of which can lead to insecurity of the thoroughfare and conception vessels and finally result in metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Blood stasis blocking in uterus can cause blood failing to circulate in the vessels and metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,which were mainly related to Qi deficiency,blood heat and blood stasis caused by bleeding. The treatment should focus on regulating the Qi flowing to stop bleeding and controlling the thoroughfare and conception vessels. In order to stop bleeding,Qi should be tonified for patients with Qi deficiency,Qi should be ascended up for patients with Qi collapse,heat should be cleared for patients with blood heat,stasis should be dispersed for patients with blood stasis. When the bleeding is stopped,Qi and blood can be nourished through reinforcing Qi to strengthen spleen,nourishing liver and kidney,then the blood will be abundant and the normal periodic changes of menstrual cycle will recover.
