《校正外科正宗》及消核膏考略

梳理陈实功《外科正宗》版本源流,考述清代学者、外科医家许楣运用断圈、注评、移位、删改、增补、重新分卷等方式对徐大椿评批《外科正宗》手稿予以校勘订补的缘起、参与者、工作分工、所用参校本、过程、工作实绩和医学贡献,发皇许氏刊行之《校正外科正宗》的版本特色、临床价值、学术研究意义,挖掘其所创制之消核膏的缘起、功效、主治、组方规律、医学评价及现代应用潜质,彰显许氏及其志同道合者的职业激情、医学素养、科学精神、医德医风和人生价值,提示中医临床医疗、学术研究、医史文献等相关领域对许氏及其《校正外科正宗》中诸多话题做出深入研究的必要性、可行性和学术价值。

Study on Jiaozheng Waike Zhengzong and Xiaohe Paste

This paper introduced the origin and development of Waike Zhengzong written by CHEN Shigong. XU Mei,a scholar and surgeon in Qing dynasty collated and supplemented the manuscript of Waike Zhengzong commented by XU Dachun by punctuating,commenting,rearranging structures,correcting,supplement and redistributing volume. This paper also explained the reason for that work,working process,its achievements and contributions to Chinese medicine,the references as well as the participants and their different roles and responsibilities. The author studied the characteristics of the version Jiaozheng Waike Zhengzong by XU Mei,its clinical values and the academic significance. Besides,Xiaohe paste was introduced created by XU Mei,which including the origin,function,indication,composition principles of prescriptions,medical comments together with potential usage in modern medicine. It was necessary and practical to make further study into Jiaozheng Waike Zhengzong and XU Mei from the aspects of traditional Chinese clinical treatment,academic research and medical history and literature.
