张志远论治郁证经验

张志远先生根据朱震亨、戴思恭等古代先贤对郁证的认识,结合自身临床用药经验,针对郁证的4种不同证型:肝气郁结、气郁化火、心脾气虚、气虚血瘀,创立了七叶汤、大解丹、卧倒汤、复正丹等4首验方,并总结了治疗郁证的常用药物。

The Experience on Treating Depression Syndrome of Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan

According to the understanding of ancient medical experts like Zhu Zhenheng and Dai Sigong for depression syndrome,and also based on his own experience,professor ZHANG Zhiyuan divided the depression syndrome into four types:liver qi stagnation,qi depression transforming into fire,qi deficiency of heart and spleen,qi deficiency and blood stasis,and invented four effective formulas:Qiye decoction,Dajie pellet,Wodao decoction and Fuzheng pellet. And summarizes the frequently used herbs for syndrome depression.
