黄芪丹参注射液穴位注射预防反复呼吸道感染40例疗效观察

目的 :观察黄芪丹参注射液足三里穴位注射预防反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 :80例患者随机分为治疗组40例,给予黄芪丹参注射液足三里穴位注射,对照组40例,给玉屏风颗粒口服,共治疗52周,对两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化、临床疗效、症状及体征消失时间进行比较。结果:治疗组治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8比值较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(P0.01);治疗组临床总有效率87.5%,明显高于对照组(P0.05);肺部啰音消失时间比对照组明显缩短(P0.01)。结论:黄芪丹参注射液足三里穴位注射预防反复呼吸道感染效果显著。

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Injected with Huangqi Danshen Injection to Prevent Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective:To observe the effect of ST 36 injected with Huangqi Danshen injection to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods:There were 80 patients randomly divided into the treatment group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group. In the treatment group,patients were injected Huangqi Danshen injection at ST 36,while in the control group,patients were given Yupingfeng granules orally. The treatment lasted for 52 weeks. Before and after the treatment,changes of T lymphocyte cell subsets in the two groups,clinical efficacy,disappearing time of symptoms and signs were compared. Results:In the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3 and CD4,and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group after treatment de creased significantly compared with before treatment and in the control group(P<0.01). In the treatment group,the clinical total efficiency was 87.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time for the disappearance of rale in the chest was less than that in the control group(P<0.01). Con clusion:ST 36 injected with Huangqi Danshen injection could effectively prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection.
