真珠丸治疗睡眠障碍临床研究

目的:观察真珠丸治疗睡眠障碍的疗效及心肝同治在睡眠障碍中应用的有效性。方法 :对60例患者进行平行分组对照研究,治疗组30例,应用真珠丸治疗;对照组30例应用阿普唑仑治疗。疗程均为30 d。运用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)进行疗效评价,数据运用统计卡方分析,t检验进行分析。结果:治疗第30天两组总有效率经卡方检验显示卡方值为5.455,P0.05,治疗组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70%)。两组SRSS评分在治疗第14及30天均较治疗前显著下降(P0.05),治疗第30天两组SRSS评分有显著性差异(P0.01),治疗组SRSS评分低于对照组,显示治疗组疗效更好,并且没有不良反应。结论:真珠丸治疗睡眠障碍疗效显著,心肝同治应用于睡眠障碍的治疗,值得临床推广。

Clinical Study on Sleep Disorder Treated with Zhenzhu Pill

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zhenzhu treating sleep disorder as well as the effectiveness of treating both heart and liver in sleep disorder. Method:There were 60 patients were observed in paralleled groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with alprazolam and the control group was treated with Zhenzhu pill. The treatment lasted for 30 days. Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS) and Self Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS) were applied to evaluate the curative effect,and the data were analyzed with chi-square and student's t-test. Results:On the 30 th day after treatment,the chi-square value of the total effective rate between the two groups was 5.455,P <0.05;the total effective rate in treatment group(93.33%) was higher than that(70%) in the control group. The SRSS scores of the two groups both decreased obviously on the 14 th and 30 th day after treatment compared to those before the treatment(P <0.05);there was also significant difference between SRSS scores in the two groups on the 30 th day after treatment(P<0.01) and the SRSS score in treatment group was lower than that in the control group,indicating better curative effective in the treatment group and no adverse reaction. Conclusion Zhenzhu pill showed obvious curative effect in the treatment for sleep disorder,treating both heart and spleen should be further applied in clinic.
