湿热痹发病机制探讨

湿热痰瘀闭阻经络而致的痹证为湿热痹,湿热痹的致病因素包括湿邪与热邪两个方面。外湿侵入人体,或肺、脾、肾、三焦功能失调导致湿邪内生,均可留滞肌肉筋骨而成痹。外湿与內湿可相互影响,相互促生。根据热邪与痹证二者的因果关系,可分为因痹致热和感热而痹。湿邪与热邪常易联合致病,两邪相合具有弥漫周身、易伤脾胃、易扰心神等特点。先热后湿,形成痹证以痰热为主,病情轻浅易治;先湿后热,形成痹证以痰瘀夹虚为主,病情难治。

To Explore the Disease Mechanism of the Damp Heat Bi Syndrome

The damp heat Bi syndrome is caused by dampness,heat and phlegm blocking the channels and collaterals. It is mainly caused by dampness and heat. The exogenous dampness invades the human body or dysfunction of lung,spleen,kidney and sanjiao could lead to endogenous dampness,and both can accumulate in the muscle,tendon and bone and develop into Bi syndrome. Exogenous dampness and endogenous dampness can influence and promote each other. According the causal relationship of heat and Bi syndrome,there is heat caused by Bi syndrome and Bi syndrome caused by heat. Heat and dampness tend to invade the human body in combination. After the combination both can pervade the whole body,damage spleen and stomach,and disturb the mind. Dampness followed by heat usually manifests as Bi syndrome with phlegm heat,and the condition is mild and it is likely to be cured. Heat followed by dampness usually shows phlegm and blood stasis with deficiency,and the condition and the treatment is not satisfactory.
