叶进辨治儿童性早熟经验

叶进认为嗜食甘肥、痰热内生是儿童性早熟发生的主要致病因素,提出痰、火是其主要病理因素,强调健脾化痰、滋阴降火是治疗性早熟的关键,临证运用化痰泻火法,拟抗早颗粒以二陈汤合知柏地黄汤加减组方治疗。

YE Jin has holds that addiction to sweat and greasy food,endogenous generation of phlegm and heat are the major factors to cause precocious puberty,while phlegm and fire are the major pathogenic factors. He emphasizes that strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm,nourishing yin and extinguishing fire are the key for treating precocious puberty. In clinic,he uses Kangzao granules(Erchen decoction combining with Zhibai Dihuang decoction) to treat precocious puberty based on resolving phlegm and purging fire.
