生肌象皮膏对肛裂术后创面愈合的临床研究

摘    要:目的 :观察生肌象皮膏对肛裂术后患者伤口愈合的影响。方法 :将符合病例标准的100例患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,手术后对照组用凡士林膏油纱条创面换药,治疗组用生肌象皮膏油纱条创面换药。在术后第3、7、11、14天观察比较两组患者的创面面积、创面肉芽组织、上皮生长、创面分泌物及伤口愈合时间。结果:两组创面面积缩小、上皮及肉芽组织生长、创面脓液分泌的质和量比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组伤口愈合时间平均(18.21±2.60)d;对照组伤口愈合时间平均(22.08±3.74)d,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:生肌象皮膏具有煨脓长肉之效,能够提高创面修复,缩短创面愈合时间,从而促进创面愈合。

Clinical Study of Effect of Shengji Xiangpi Paste on Wound Healing after Operation for Anal Fissure

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Shengji Xiangpi paste on wound healing after operation for anal fissure. Methods:A total of 100 cases who met the diagnostic standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. After operation,Vaseline oil gauze was used on the wound in the control group,Shengji Xiangpi paste was used on the wound in the treatment group.The wound area,granulation tissue,epithelial growth,wound secretions and average healing time of the two groups were observed and compared respectively on the 3th,7th,11 th,14th day after the operation. Results:The differences of reduction of wound area,growth of epithelial cells and granulation tissue and quality and quantity of pus secretion between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The average wound healing time of the treatment group was(18.21±2.60) days and that of the the control group was(22.08±3.74) days. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shengji Xiangpi paste can promote the secretion of pus,the growth of flesh and the wound repair,shorten the wound healing time,which is beneficial to the healing of wounds.
