| 摘 要： | 目的:西红花为常用贵重药材,市场伪品较多,为保证临床应用,探索其有效的鉴别方法。方法 :以鉴定准确的多批西红花正品与多批近期常见的伪品为样本,采用水试和醇试两种方法进行鉴别,并对其试验方法的鉴别水平进行比较。结果:正品水溶液显黄色,染色伪品的水溶液大都会出现橙红色或红色,部分染色伪品出现黄色或未显色而改用50%乙醇做溶剂,结果染色伪品出现红色。结论:《中国药典》西红花水试鉴别还存在一定的局限性,醇试可作为补充鉴别方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To test the effective identification method of Crocus sativus and the adulterants in the current markets. Methods:The accurately identified Crocus sativus genuine and the recent common adulterants of Crocus sativus were used as the samples and identified by water test and alcohol test to carry on the comparative study. Results:The aqueous solution of genuine appearing yellow,the aqueous solution of adulterants appearing orange red or red,some adulterants appearing yellow or colorless using 50% ethanol as the solvent,the staining adulterants appearing red. Conclusion:Water test for identification of Crocus sativus in Chinese Pharmacopoeia still had some limitations,alcohol test might be the supplementary identification method. |
