点穴配合加味香苏饮治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察点穴配合加味香苏饮治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效。方法:69例DGP患者随机分为治疗组35例与对照组34例。两组均给予控制血糖的基础治疗,治疗组予点穴配合加味香苏饮治疗,对照组予口服多潘立酮片治疗。比较两组治疗前后总体症状积分(D值)和各症状积分(d值),评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为85.71%和64.71%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组D值及D值下降率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组d值比较,治疗组的脘腹胀满、嗳气反酸、腹泻便秘或二者交替评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05);观察期间,两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:在控制血糖的基础上,点穴配合加味香苏饮治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效较好。

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis by Acupoint Therapy Combined with Modified Xiangsu Drinks

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint therapy combined with modified Xiangsu drinks on diabetic gastroparesis(DGP). Methods:A total of 69 patients with DGP were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group of(34 cases). Both the two groups were given basic treatment to control blood glucose. Besides,the treatment group was given acupoint therapy combined with oral administration of modified Xiangsu drinks and the control group was given oral administration of dom peridone tablets. The overall symptom score(D value) and each symptom score(d value) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 85.71% and 64.71%. The difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the D value and decreased rate of D value of the treatment group was better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). For the comparison of d value,the scores of abdominal fullness and distention,belching and acid regurgitation,diarrhea and constipation of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05). During the observation,patients in both the two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:On the basis of controlling blood glucose,acupoint therapy combined with modified Xiangsu drinks has better clinical effect on treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.
