中西医结合治疗急性牙周神经疼痛疗效分析

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗急性牙周神经疼痛的疗效,为急性牙周神经疼痛临床治疗提供参考。方法 :选取本院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的急性牙周神经疼痛患者114例,按照临床试验随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规西药方法进行消炎止痛,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药内服治疗,7 d后观察两组患者疗效及患者牙龈指数和牙周袋深度改善情况。结果:治疗组治疗7 d后总有效率98.25%,显著优于常规治疗组的75.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组治疗1周后疼痛缓解率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后牙龈指数、牙周袋深度显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合疗法治疗急性牙周神经疼痛效果显著。

Effects Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the Treatment of Acute Periodontal Nerve Pain

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of acute periodontal nerve pain and supply the better treatment basis for acute periodontal nerve pain. Methods:Total 114 patients with acute periodontal nerve pain,who were admitted in our hospital during January 2014 to January 2015,were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given the conventional western medicine anti-inflammatory analgesic and the treatment group was given the oral traditional Chinese medicine on basis of the control group. The curative effects of two groups after treatment and gingival index and periodontal pocket depth improvement situation were observed after 7 days. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.25% after 7 days treatment which was significantly superior to the conventional control group 75.44% with statistical(P< 0.05). After treatment,the pain relief rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group with the statistical(P< 0.05). The acute periodontal gingival index and the periodontal pocket depth of the two groups before and after the treatment were improved with statistical(P< 0.05). The improvement effects of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of acute periodontal nerve pain had a significant effect and should be widely applied in the clinical practice.
