一种西红花伪品黄花菜的鉴别

目的 :比较研究西红花及新伪制品黄花菜的性状及显微鉴别特征。方法 :采用药材性状和显微鉴别方法 ,参照准确的西红花和黄花菜标本,对西红花的新伪制品黄花菜进行比较研究,找出明显鉴别点。结果:归纳总结出西红花及新伪制品黄花菜的药材性状和显微特征方面的区别。顶端边缘呈不整齐的齿状,内侧有一短裂隙,在凹陷及褶皱处常附着有花粉粒,花粉粒呈黄色或红棕色,呈圆球形,是西红花最主要的性状鉴别点。结论:通过药材性状和显微鉴别可以有效的区别以黄花菜伪制的"西红花",为西红花药材与目前常见伪品的鉴别提供参考。

Identification of Croci Stigma and Its Fake Hemerocallis Citrina Baroni

Objective:To identify Croci stigma and its new fake Hemerocallis citrina Baroni. Methods:Trait identification and microscopic identification were used to compare Croci stigma and its fake Hemerocallis citrina Baroni referencing to the accurate sample of Croci stigma and Hemerocallis citrina Baroni to make identifications. Results:The differences between Croci stigma and Hemerocallis citrina Baroni were summarized by trait identification and microscopic identification. The top edge with irregular dentate,the inside of a short crack,in the depression and folds were often attached with pollen grains which were yellow or reddish brown sphere,which were the main trait identifications. Conclusion:The difference between Croci stigma and Hemerocallis citrina could be identified effectively by trait identification and microscopic identification to supply identification methods for Croci stigma and its fake.
