陈荣焜治疗咽喉癌的临床经验

陈荣焜认为,咽喉癌多为久病气血亏虚,痰瘀癌毒凝结而成。早期的病机主要是肝气郁滞,气结咽喉所致,一般宜采用疏肝理气、解郁散结之法;中期气滞痰瘀最为常见,治宜理气化痰祛瘀为主;晚期多因正气衰败,形体消瘦,或为阴液大伤转化为阴虚阳衰,或命门火衰、火不暖土而致脾肾阳虚,治疗应当分阴阳虚实。临床上一经发现多为中晚期,故临床上常用自拟扶正抗癌汤加减治疗此病。

CHEN Rongkun's Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Hypopharyngeal Carcinoma

CHEN Rongkun holds that hypopharyngeal carcinoma is usually caused by prolonged deficiency of Qi and blood,and aggregation of phlegm,stasis and cancer toxin. In the early stage,it is due to liver Qi stagnation and Qi blockage in the throat,and the treatment should be soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of Qi,or relieving depression and removing stasis;in the middle stage,it is usually due to Qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation,and should be treated with regulating Qi,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis;in the late stage,it is due to declining healthy Qi,emaciation,Yin and Yang deficiency due to severe consumption of Yin fluids,or Yang insufficiency of the spleen and the kidney due to deficiency of life gate fire and fire failing to warm the earth,and the treatment should be based on the Yin-Yang condition and deficiency or excess. Clinically it is usually at the middle or late stage when detected. Professor CHEN usually uses his own invented Fuzheng Kangai decoction to treat this disease.
