| 摘 要： | 根据患者内镜下食管及胃黏膜的不同表现,结合舌脉特征,将反流性食管炎分为肝胃郁热证、气郁痰阻证、脾胃虚弱证3型,探讨不同证型的用药经验和规律。以期宏观、微观辨证有机结合,传统中医学与现代检查技术有机结合,使反流性食管炎的辨证施治更加科学、合理、有效。

| Abstract: | According to the different clinical manifestations of esophagus and gastric mucosa,combined with the features of tongue and pulse,reflux esophagitis can be divided into 3 types of syndrome:heat accumulation in liver and stomach syndrome,Qi and phlegm stagnation syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome. In this article,the medication experience and rules in different syndromes are discussed. In this way,we could combine macroscopic syndrome differentiation with microcosmic syndrome differentiation and get the organic combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern inspection technology. As a result,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of reflux esophagitis can be more scientific,reasonable and effective. |
