中药配合耳穴贴压治疗乳腺增生163例临床观察

目的 :观察中药配合耳穴贴压治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法 :163例乳腺增生患者,其中肝郁气滞型58例,冲任失调型54例,痰瘀凝结型51例,分别予以乳癖灵1号、2号、3号方治疗,3种证型均配合耳穴贴压治疗,治疗3个月,观察3种证型患者治疗前后乳房疼痛和肿块的变化情况,比较3种证型的临床疗效。结果:3种证型治疗总有效率为95.1%,肝郁气滞型、冲任失调型、痰瘀凝结型总有效率分别为96.6%、96.3%、92.2%,肝郁气滞型与冲任失调型的总有效率均高于痰瘀凝结型,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后所有患者的乳房疼痛评分明显降低,疼痛平均时间明显缩短,肿块明显缩小,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:中药配合耳穴贴压治疗乳腺增生疗效确切。

Clinical Observation of 163 Cases of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia Treated by Combination of Chinese Medicine and Auricular Point Pressing

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine combined with auricular point pressing on mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods:The 163 observed cases included 58 cases of liver- depression and Qi- stagnation syndrome,54 cases of disorder of thoroughfare and conception vessel syndrome and 51 cases of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. They were respectively treated by Rupiling formula 1,Rupiling formula 2 and Rupiling formula 3. Besides,all cases were treated by auricular point pressing. The treatment lasted for 3 months. The changes of breast pain and lump of all the patients were observed and the clinical curative effect on three different syndromes were compared. Results:The total effective rate of all the patients was 95.1%. The effective rate of liver- depression and Qi- stagnation syndrome,disorder of thoroughfare and conception vessel syndrome and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were 96.6%,96.3% and 92.2% respectively. The effective rate of liver- depression and Qi- stagnation syndrome and disorder of thoroughfare and conception vessel syndrome were higher than that of the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,for all the patients,the pain scores were significantly decreased,the duration of pain and the size of lump were significantly reduced. Compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with auricular point pressing has exact curative effect on mammary gland hyperplasia.
