五脏神志辨治小儿癫痫

古代癫、痫、狂、痉、惊、厥等常混称,相关论治较混乱。基于钱乙"凡治五痫,皆随脏而治之"提出"五脏神志辨证体系",将五脏(肝心脾肺肾)与对应之五神(魂神意魄志)相结合。治疗上,统筹调节五脏阴阳虚实与五神亢任盛衰,选用对相应脏腑和神志均有作用的药物与穴位,身心同治,针药并用,重在缓解期分10型论治,剂型以膏方为主,以期为癫痫的论治提供新的思路。

Treating Pediatric Epilepsy Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Five Zang Organs and Emotions

In the ancient time,depressive psychosis,epilepsy,mania,convulsive disease,fright and syncope were used confusingly,as well as the related treatment. Based on QIAN Yi's theory that "treating five epilepsies should be in accordance with the Zang organs",we proposed the "syndrome differentiation system of Five zang organ and emotion",in which the Five zang organs(liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidneys) correspond with five emotions(soul,spirit,idea,corporeal soul and will). During the treatment,the excess and deficiency of Yin and Yang in Five zang organs were regulated in accordance with the state of five emotions,and therefore the medicine and acu-point with functions working on both internal organs and emotions are applied for treatment. The treatment aims at body and soul,and during the treatment,acupuncture and medicine should be applied together. During the remission stage,pediatric epilepsy is divided into 10 types,and the medicine usually is in the form of Gao Fang. This paper could provide a new method for treating pediatric epilepsy.
