导引术作用机制及临床应用

The Mechanism and Clinical Application of Daoyin Method

The paper introduced the prevention and treatment value of Daoyin method through the literature about the origin,mechanism,prevention and treatment of Daoyin method from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern research to let more people recognize Daoyin method. Daoyin method has the effects of dredging the meridians,promoting the circulation of Qi and blood,cultivating primordial Qi,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,stretching the tendons and activating the collaterals and keeping Yin and Yang in balance. The essence of Daoyin method embodies the holism of human beings and universe which is the center of TCM. It could adjust the body and mind,recuperate breathing and combine exercise with ideas. It is the dynamic and static association as well as the combination of inflexibility and yielding. So it is a green,characteristic and healthy therapy which contains the idea of TCM and sports science.
