| 摘 要： | 云南昆明姚氏妇科倡导气化学说,注重阴阳气血的生理病理变化对女子诸疾的影响,认为气血、肝脾、冲任与之密切相关。经期诸杂病,其症虽异,而其理皆因营卫气血脏腑、冲任失调所致,故治疗应紧扣这一病机,以养血调气、和调肝脾为主,纵有兼挟亦当勿忘养血和营之根本。

| Abstract: | Yao's gynecology school from Kunming Yunnan advocates qi transformation theory,and emphasize the influence of physiological and pathological changes of Ying,Yang,Qi and blood on gynecological diseases,and holds that Qi and blood,liver and spleen,thoroughfare and conception vessels are related to the gynecological diseases. It is true that menstrual diseases are various in the symptoms,but all the underlying mechanisms are disorders of nutritive Qi,defensive Qi,Qi,blood,thoroughfare vessels and conception vessels.Therefore,for menstrual diseases,nourishing blood,regulating Qi,harmonizing liver and spleen should be applied to aim at the disease mechanism. |
