| 摘 要： | 咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是小儿慢性咳嗽的常见原因之一。总结论述王有鹏教授运用辨病-辨证-辨体论治小儿CVA的经验:明确辨病,规范防治,指导全局;辨证分期治疗,精准用药;辨体论治贯穿治疗始末,临床取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Cough variant asthma(CVA) is one of the common causes of chronic cough in children. This paper mainly discusses Professor WANG Youpeng's experience in the treatment of CVA by combining disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and constitution differentiation. Firstly,diagnose disease clearly to guide the whole process of prevention and treatment;then,differentiate syndrome to treat disease according to the stage and accurately giving medicine;constitution differentiation is performed through the whole treatment.The clinical effect is significant and satisfactory. |
