补阳还五汤加味治疗特发性膜性肾病37例

目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗特发膜性肾病的疗效。方法:以补阳还五汤为基础辨证加减,西药支持治疗。结果:治疗特发膜性肾病37例,结果示其24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白及D-二聚体均得到明显改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异,P0.01,尤其是D-二聚体显著下降。结论:特发性膜性肾病的根本病机为脾肾气虚,水湿、瘀血、湿热为膜性肾病最主要病理因素。补阳还五汤加减治疗有明显疗效,对降低血栓并发症危险性有重要作用。

Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy in 37 Cases

Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of the idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods:Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction was applied based on syndrome differentiation,and western medicine was also given. Results:There were 30 cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. The results showed that the 24 h urinary protein,plasma albumin and D-dimder were significantly improved. Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences,P <0.01. Especially the D-dimer significantly decreased. Conclusions:The basic pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy is deficiency of spleen and kidney. Dampness,blood stasis,and damp heat are the main pathological factors. Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction are of obvious curative effect,and could significantly reduce the risk of thrombosis.
