补肾疏肝方联合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰32例临床研究

目的:观察补肾疏肝方联合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:收集肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者64例,随机分组,治疗组给予补肾疏肝方联合电针治疗,对照组给予雌孕激素序贯疗法,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、围绝经期症状积分(Kupperman评分)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、不良反应、肝肾功能等。结果 :总有效率治疗组90.63%,对照组78.13%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后Kupperman评分、FSH、LH、E2等指标均较前改善(P0.05)。治疗后两组间比较治疗组各项观察指标改善均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论 :补肾疏肝方联合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Treatment of 32 Cases of POF of Kidney Deficiency and Liver Stagnation Syndrome by Bushen Shugan Formula Combined with Electroacupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Shugan formula combined with electroacupuncture on premature ovarian failure(POF) of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome. Methods:A total of 64 patients with POF of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Bushen Shugan formula combined with electro acupuncture treatment and the control group was given estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. The clinical crative effect,perimenopausal symptoms score(Kupperman score),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol_2(E_2),adverse reactions,function of liver and kidney,etc. of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%and the control group was 78.13%. There was significant difference of curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment,the Kupperman score,FSH,LH,E_2 and other indexes of the two groups were all improved(P<0.05). The observational indexes of the treatment group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion :Bushen Shugan formula combined with electroacupuncture has definite effect on POF of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome.
