复合肽阿胶浆澄清工艺研究

目的 :优选复合肽阿胶浆的最佳澄清工艺。方法 :以中药提取液中生药鞣质的含量、沉淀量、亮度、透光率为指标,比较考察明胶絮凝、壳聚糖絮凝、101果汁澄清剂法、ZTC1+1天然澄清剂法、硅藻土吸附法等五种澄清方法对复合肽阿胶浆中药提取液的精制纯化效果。结果:明胶絮凝法为最佳澄清方法,优选的最佳澄清工艺为:药液浓缩到1 m L含0.5 g生药,明胶用量为2%。结论:明胶絮凝法可作为复合肽阿胶浆的澄清方法 ,该工艺稳定可行。

Study on the Clarification Techniques of Co-peptide Ejiao Jiang

Objective:To screen the best clarification techniques of Co-peptide Ejiao Jiang. Methods:Five clarifying processes including gelatin flocculating,chitosan flocculating,101 juice clarifying,ZTC1 +1 natural clarifying,diatomite adsorption and active carbon adsorption were compared by determining tannin content,ro-tor chamber,brightness and transmittance to clarify Co-peptide Ejiao Jiang. Results:Gelatin flocculation method was the best clarification. The optimized and best clarification process was :the liquids condensed to the concentration containing 0.5 grams of crude medicine per milliliter,gelatin dosage was 2%. Conclusion:Gelatin flocculating method can be used as the clarification method of Co-peptide Ejiao Jiang oral liquid,which is stable and practical.
