基于系统动力学构建胃食管反流病中医系统模型

目的:在中医学藏象理论的指导下,运用系统动力学方法构建胃食管反流病中医系统模型。方法:通过临床研究为模型建立提供资料,运用系统动力学Vensim软件进行模型构建和系统分析。结果:致病因素为输入信息,疾病症状为输出信息,以心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏子系统为中心,精、气、血、津液为信息媒介,构建了胃食管反流病的中医系统模型。结论:胃食管反流病是一个"以脾为主,五脏一体"的疾病系统。

To Build a Paradigm of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based on System Dynamics

Objective:Under the guidance of visceral state theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),system dynamics was applied to build a paradigm of TCM for gstroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:Data on gastroesophageal reflux disease was collected,to build a paradigm for gastroesphageal reflux disease with the Vensim software. Result:The pathogenic factors were the input information,symptoms were the output information. Heart,liver,spleen,lungs and kidneys are the five subsystems as the center,while Qi,blood and body fluid were the medium for information. A paradigm of TCM for gastroesophageal reflux disease was built.Conclusion:Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a disease system in which spleen is the center and five zang organs are integrated.
