桂红胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用

目的:研究桂红胶囊对实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:采用垂体后叶素(Pit)致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察桂红胶囊对大鼠心电图J点的影响;生化试剂盒检测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 :桂红胶囊(0.140,0.278,0.556 g/kg)能显著抵抗15 s~2 min时Pit引起的大鼠心电图J点改变(P0.05或P0.01)。桂红胶囊(0.278,0.556 g/kg)能显著降低血清中LDH、CK、MDA含量,增加SOD活性(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:桂红胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。

Protective Effects of Guihong Capsule on Acute Myocardial Ischemia in Rats

Objective:To study the protective effects of Guihong capsule on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods:The protective effects of Guihong capsule on acute myocardial ischemia were observed in SD rats with acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin(Pit) injection,the changes of J point of electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed. The levels of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malonaldehyde(MDA) in the serum were determined respectively. Results :Guihong capsule(0.140 g/kg,0.278 g/kg,0.556 g/kg) could significantly resist the changes of J point during 15 s ~2 min(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). Guihong capsule(0.278 g/kg,0.556 g/kg) could obviously decrease the contents of LDH,CK and MDA,increase the activity of SOD in the serum(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). Conclusion:Guihong capsule had certain protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
