降糖增敏汤治疗老年2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗临床研究

目的:观察降糖增敏汤治疗老年2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:200例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组100例。对照组基础治疗同时加用二甲双胍片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用降糖增敏汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组93%,对照组76%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);与治疗前相比,两组患者FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、FINS、IRI均明显降低(P0.01),ISI水平明显升高(P0.05),两组患者FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、FINS、IRI组间比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:在二甲双胍片基础上应用降糖增敏汤可显著改善老年2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗状态。

Clinical Study on Jiangtang Zengmin Decoction in Treating Insulin Resistance in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Jiangtang Zengmin decoction in treating insulin resistance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Total 200 patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups,each group of 100 patients. The control group included the basic treatment adding dimethylbiguanide tablet while the treatment group adding Jiangtang Zengmin decoction based on the control group for 12 weeks to compare the changes of the fasting blood sugar(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(IRI),and insulin sensitive index(ISI) in the two groups before and after treatment. Results :The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group were 93% and 76% respectively,with statistical significance(P< 0.01).After treatment,FPG,2 h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS and IRI in the two groups decreased(P< 0.01). ISI level obviously increased(P< 0.05) with statistical significance between the two groups. The treatment group is better than the control group(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05). Conclusion:Jiangtang Zengmin decoction based on dimethylbiguanide tablet can improve insulin resistance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
