李果烈调和阴阳论治原发性高血压临床经验

The Clinical Experience of Treating Primary Hypertension with Harmonizing Yin and Yang by Professor LI Guolie

This paper is to introduce Professor LI Guolie's clinical experience of treating primary hypertension with harmonizing Yin and Yang. Professor LI holds that primary hypertension is located in the liver,kidneys,heart and brain,and the disease mechanism is deficiency in the root and excess in the branch,in which the disharmony of Yin and Yang is the root,while the wind,fire,phlegm and stasis are the branch.Treatment should aim at liver and kidneys. However,disharmony of Yin and Yang and deficiency of Yin and Yang should be emphasized,especially in the patients with chronic,complicated and recurrent conditions. In clinic,Professor LI usually modified Erxian decoction based on symptoms.
