膝骨性关节炎中医药治疗进展

膝骨性关节炎属于中医学痹证、膝痹范畴,其病因病机多为肝肾亏虚,筋骨失荣,加之外伤、劳损,或风寒湿邪侵袭,留注关节,闭阻经络,凝滞日久而成痹。临床多表现为关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬、变形、活动不利、有响声等。中医药治疗本病多内外治疗相互配合,具有一定的疗效。笔者总结近五年来中医药治疗进展,为进一步研究提供临床参考。参考文献31篇。

Advances in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA) equals to "bi syndrome" and "knee bi" of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Liver and kidney deficiency,poor nutrition of tendon and bone,combined with external injury,strain or invasion of wind,cold and dampness,affect the joints and block the meridians and collaterals,resulting into bi syndrome. In clinic,it manifests as joint pain,swelling,stiffness,deformation,unsmooth movement with noise. TCM treat it with drugs and external therapy,and the effect is satisfactory. The author summarizes development of TCM treatment in the last five years to give some suggestion for the future research. It included 31 research papers.
