| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定马黄酊中栀子苷的方法。方法:色谱柱为Aglient zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(10∶90,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为238 nm,柱温35℃。结果:栀子苷在0.149~0.894μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.89%(RSD=0.167%)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于马黄酊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:An high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the quantitative determination of geniposide in Mahuang tincture was established. Methods:Using an Aglient zorbax SB-C18column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and distilled water(10∶90,V/V) and the detection wavelength was at 238 nm. Results :The linear ranges of geniposide was 0.149～0.894 μg(r=0.9997),the average recovery was 99.89%(RSD=0.167%). Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of Mahuang tincture. |
