痔痛消散穴位外敷治疗痔疮术后疼痛疗效观察

目的 :采用自制痔痛消散贴敷长强、承山穴位,观察治疗痔疮术后疼痛的疗效。方法 :治疗组45例,采用热磁灸配合痔痛消散饼剂贴敷长强及双侧承山穴,对照组45例采用消炎痛栓肛管给药,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组48例,显效28例,有效18例,无效2例;对照组47例,显效17例,有效23例,无效7例。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。两组在术后疼痛、工作恢复时间、术后尿潴留、术后便秘发生方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:术后采用热磁灸配合痔痛消散饼穴位贴敷的方法比单纯使用消炎痛栓治疗效果好。

Effects of Acupoint External Application of Zhitongxiao Powder on Pain after Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective:To observe the effects of acupoint external application of Zhitongxiao powder on pain after hemorrhoids operation. Methods:Hot magnetic moxibustion combined with Zhitongxiao power were applied to chengshan and changqiang of the trentment group with 48 patients while indometacin suppositories was given to the control group with 45 patients to analyze the clinical effects in the two groups. Results:In the treatment group,28 patients were remarkable effective,18 patients effective and 2patients ineffective to the treatment while in the control group,17 patients remarkable effective,23 patients effective and 7 ineffective to the treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P< 0.05). The improvements of pain,time for returning to work,urine retention and constipation after hemorrhoids operation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Hot magnetic moxibustion combined with Zhitongxiao power applied to the acupoints had better effects than the use of indometacin suppositories in the treatment of pain after hemorrhoids operation.
